Responded quickly to let me know they had the battery I was looking for. Pickup was easy. They even took the time to install the battery fluid in order to have it all set up for me and ready to go. Great customer service!

Today, after many years buying from them, I went through a very negative experience. I needed a new battery for my vehicle but when I requested one reading at least 12.5 volts the ones they showed me were all down around 12.0 or 11.9 volts. I have 45 years experience in batteries but when I tried to explain to the salesperson that batteries must be at or above 12.5 volts he responded arrogantly and was very nasty. Since my battery was dead I was obliged to continue. When the new dead battery was installed it just barely was able to start my engine. S ERRATA SELLS DEAD BATTERIES This is terrible and the public should be aware!
