Excellent personnel

Unethical practices regarding keeping customers clear about prices. It's better to use another service, like a website where all the information is clearly stated and not ambiguous email exchanges. When I voiced my complaint, I received laughter and condescending explanations from the person who assisted me. This is why travel websites have emerged, and companies like this one have fallen behind.

They gave me one price over the phone, and when I went to pay, they gave me another. They didn't take responsibility for their mistake, and I had to wait a long time.

Excellent personal service, very friendly and reliable, as well as efficient. I highly recommend it.
