I've been very lenient with this place regardless of consistent issues with the quality of the service, mostly in terms of consitency of the service, not quality, at least in my experience. The customer service in general (but inconsistently) is very good. The quality is good, and prices, too. Even though a Friday morning, before 11:00 AM I kindly and humbly asked one of the baristas to lower down the music (in reality was the type of music, which is a challenge for ongoers, as it's caribbean music that would normally be played out in any Colmadon, Bar, or place for people to drink a couple of beers), which is not the type of music for a 'Coffee Shop'. The barista (which is very experienced, and nice and attentive most of the time) kindly asked me to 'move places' because I was right underneath the huge LED TV they have on site. Question: What are you supposed to do, just move places because there are various seats underneath the TV, or could they adapt the music to a real 'Coffee Shop' in morning time? Or should they simply try to understand the point of view of any customers, (in spite of any customer having more than 10 years visiting the same place or just for the first time? How can a business of this type (meaning a gas station that combines a Coffee Shop and/or convenience store on-the-go) stand out from the rest? Is this a convenience shop a bar or casual bar, a restaurant, a coffee shop? Has this place as many others blurred the lines (out of convenience) between one another? Please leave your comments. There are other issues with this place, ongoing for quite some time, which I've witnessed first-hand. I could help the owner know what specifically these issues are without wasting my time. Have the owner of this gas station El Portal (should he, she or them) be willing to care and listen, should they really care more than just the money they're getting.

Good service in general, good food selection and good employes, but the air service is allways out of service and location is behind general parking lot what makes difficult to access it.

We only purchased gas here so I do not have more info on other items.
