A place that can't even perform a battery check can't be called a service center; that's just for changing oil. Once again, Magna leaves me disappointed, such a good brand with such poor service.

Excellent dealership with good managers and salespeople. I recommend Ramon Bobadilla, an excellent sales advisor. As for the parts workshop, the service is excellent, but they need to improve the delivery time for some parts. I've been waiting five months for an air conditioning part for my Tucson. When we get maintenance done, they usually wash the vehicle. The estimated delivery time for my parts has been about three hours (arriving early at 7:40 am) at the Kennedy location.
