Top notch customer service. Customer experience could be better if they adjust the wait time. Website specifically says car maintenance takes up to 1:30, so if you drop by 9am, you should expect to have it ready bu 10:30, right? Wrong, expect to have it ready after 3:30pm. Has happened a few times. After that, both sales team and post sales team are very attentive and responsive. Just a time expectancy thing. Diego, Maite, Antonio and Pedro are all amazing people.

Excellent service, comprehensive range of cars and spares and keen prices. Not only do they sell cars, but they provide a full range of accessories and spares. Above all and unlike so many so called dealers in the DR, they offer full servicing facilities on the premises, a one stop shop for all the owner's after sales needs. The clincher in our case was that they were happy to take part exchange on a non Volvo car, when the actual authorised dealer of the car would not, Volvo gained a customer, the other make lost one. They are in the process of extending the workshops and parking space to provide better service as well as access to the rear, thereby avoiding traffic on 27 de Febrero. When that opens shortly it should be a great improvement.

Really good attention and if you have to take your Volvo for maintenance, they have a cosy place to wait with coffee and snacks and a table to work if you need it. Also is kids friendly with a tiny space for them
