I'm in the hunt to find the perfect pizza in Santo Domingo. Unfortunately Silano isn't it. Silano suffers from just about the same problem every other pizzeria here suffers from. It's all made in a wood stove oven and they all basically taste the same. Eating a pizza from here taste no different from eating a pizza in 12 other Santo Domingo pizzerias. It's edible, the dough is soft, the tomato sauce is tasty but still it's just average and small. As a grown man you'll need more than one to fill satisfied. 3 stars maybe 3.5 stars at best.
Looking for a hole in the wall with great pizza, this is your place. Don't judge the book by its cover, or you'll miss out on great food
Excellent pizzas, truly the best artisanal and sourdough pizza I've ever eaten. Every time I go, it's an unparalleled culinary experience. I've tried almost all of them, and none are flawless. The chef is very friendly and always checks if you enjoyed your meal. The service is fast, and the quality of the products is 100 out of 10, with very fresh and high-quality ingredients.
The best pizza I've had in Santo Domingo 😍😌 Favorites: 4 cheese, truffle, and spicy 🍕
Some of the best artisanal pizzas I've ever had. Excellent quality and generous portions at a very good price. They also offer catering services, which makes it even better, as you can enjoy this great quality wherever you're hosting an event. The space still has room for improvement since they're in a new location, but I have no doubt they'll improve it over time. I received very friendly and polite service from the staff, especially the owner, and I appreciate that they have parking in such a busy part of the city.
