Good products, terrible customer service. They don't make it easy for customers to have an easy going order.

The worst service ever. The products are good quality, but they don't have set business hours, and what they do have is limited; they're not even open on Saturdays. If you work, you won't have time to go. You can't even smell the aromas. It's a house, and yet they're not flexible and it seems like they don't want to sell anything.

I love that I can get everything I need to prepare products at home, choose quantities, and have the option of receiving it at the address provided.

Terrible customer service. From the moment you contact them via WhatsApp, you feel the hostility and weariness toward the customer. I arrived happy with the price, but I didn't even buy anything. WhatsApp conversations feel like arguments. They have no respect or ethics for the customer. They need to improve that if they want to progress.
