I have used Sixt in several countries and always had a great service and excellent choice of vehicles. In DR, the counter employee, Alfredo, is very professional and pleasant to deal with. My preference is the C hatchback model. Love the ride and feel secure driving it.

allain and ramon service was exceptional. They gave us a good price. The cars are in great condition. Had a car seat for our baby strapped up our baby in the car seat. I would recommend any American or Dominican to rent from this place.

Everything was very good and uncomplicated. There was no additional "fee" when I got there, only if I had chosen the extra protection insurance thingy, which I didn't. The car was pretty dirty when I brought it back because there was a lot of water on the roads in Punta Cana, still, no complaints at all with regards to my deposit. No problems whatsoever with the car either. 5/5, would recommend!

Terrible service! We made a reservation and when we arrived they told us that all the cars were crashed and they did not have more cars to rent! What kind of car rental is left without a single car in a country of more than 11 million inhabitants and with the largest tourist industry in the Caribbean? Incredible but true. The person who treated us did not do anything to solve the problem, just limited to say “ we do not have a car, i cannot help you” I mean, not even an apology was offered... This is by far the worst car rental in the world.
