UNETHICAL. DANGEROUS. MONEY-DRIVEN. DO NOT GO HERE. This review is a warning. Dr. Valeria Serebriakova and her assistant used unsafe, coercive, and dishonest practices that no patient should ever experience. I clearly stated that I DID NOT WANT LIP FILLER. Despite this, I was aggressively pressured to spend more money, the doctor attempted to give me nearly THREE TIMES the amount of Botox I requested, and I was forced to pay $300 for lip filler I did not want and did not receive. This clinic does not practice informed consent — they use pressure. My mouth was covered with numbing cream and plastic wrap BEFORE I was told the price. While my mouth was covered and I could not speak properly, I was made to sign paperwork. Nothing was itemized. No clear prices were explained. I had to remove the numbing cream myself just to ask what I was being charged for. Only then did I learn the high total included lip filler — something I had already refused. When I questioned this, I was told I still had to pay. When I objected, and wrote a formal complaint the doctor dismissed my concerns by calling my hesitation an “emotional response.” Labeling a patient as emotional for questioning unwanted charges is unprofessional, unethical, and dangerous. Asking what you are paying for is normal. My husband was present and witnessed everything. He also witnessed the staff joking, offering alcohol and drugs, and continuing to pressure me into more procedures and more spending. They claim they have security camera footage but refuse to provide it, which would clearly show how they operate. I am from the United States, and this kind of behavior would never be allowed in a legitimate medical office. THIS CLINIC PRIORITIZES MONEY OVER PATIENT SAFETY. They pressure, overcharge, dismiss concerns, and trap patients into paying for procedures they did not agree to. Lastly, throughout the appointment, Dr. Serebriakova and her assistant repeatedly spoke in Russian behind my back while I was in the chair, which was deeply unprofessional and inappropriate in a medical setting. DO NOT GO HERE. PROTECT YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

If I did not live in Punta Cana I would buy a plane ticket to see Dra. Valeria. She is so warm, friendly and professional but also AMAZING at her craft. She always makes me look and feel my best and knows exactly what I need. The front desk personnel is also stellar: warm and welcoming, professional and organized. It is always an amazing experience snd I cannot recommend Skin Centre enough! I've been going there for over a year now.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at this clinic. I came in for a skincare consultation and got much more than just tips — they provided a truly personalized approach. The place is modern, clean, and professional. Special thanks to Dr. Valeria — an outstanding professional who clearly knows what she’s doing. She explained everything clearly and respectfully, paying close attention to the details. The procedure was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations. I also really appreciated that the clinic is welcoming to male clients — I felt confident and at ease throughout the experience. If you’re in Punta Cana and thinking about investing in yourself — I highly recommend this place. Huge thanks to the team, and especially to Dr. Valeria, for the excellent care and service!

I had to give this place 5 stars. I’m from Washington DC and found Skin Centre on Google. Since we were going to be in Punta Cana on vacation I decided to get Masseter Botox for my TMJ . Dra Valeriia was amazing Daira is such a sweetheart and was a lot of help during the process and before I got there communicating with me on WhatsApp.my first time getting Botox and they made me feel very comfortable especially being outside the states. My boyfriend even went back a few days later and got Botox so that Saids alot lol. It’s been a week and I’m already starting to feel some relief in my jaw. One of my friends told me she was going to DR but didn’t tell me she was getting anything done. When she returned I commented on how bright and well rested she looked and she told me she received some injections. IMMEDIATELY I demanded the doctors information and booked an appointment. The Skin Center was very responsive in helping me coordinate my appointment as I was flying in from NY. They are great at communicating and transparency. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The office was incredibly clean and organized. Dr. Valeria did my procedures and was very thorough in her explanation about the process, products she was using, aftercare and what to expect with results. The entire process was quick and relatively painless. I also requested recommendations for skin care as the entire staff has beautiful clear skin. Dr. Valeria recommended some products and a routine for me. It’s been 11 days since I’ve been there and my skin has never looked better. I experienced light bruising which went away quickly but no swelling. My skin is clearing up and I’ve been getting constant compliments from friends and strangers! My results look very natural and I couldn’t been happier. Now I can say I get my good looks from God, my mama and Dr. Valeria 😂🙏🏽
