Worst airline, I booked a flight to travel from PVD to SDQ and was a mess, I called several times and spoke with a representative named Carmen who was extremely rude and hang up the phone on me, she was even yelling at me. Dominicans and their customer service!!

Worst Airline ever. Confirned a flight for tomorrow. Now calling to tell ne that they will not flight tomorrow that i need to pick another day or a different airline. On my return flight. When i am about to flight out.

Website doesn't work properly. Booking is impossible. Promotional prices does not exist. Customer service veeeeery slow and useless
