It just so happens that I ordered some packages from that courier, and four days after they delivered them, I noticed I hadn't received a delivery notification. And guess what? They changed the delivery address without notifying me, and I, the unlucky one, lost my packages. But hey, there's a god in heaven.
They are shameless and abusive. After three months of dealing with my package, they justified themselves by saying it hadn't arrived at their office, even though Skypaq staff at that office had confirmed receipt of the package, and my supplier had also confirmed it. In the end, after three months of this, I lost my package and didn't get a refund. It's the worst service I've ever received. I truly believe they sent their employees to post excellent reviews.
This is the worst service I've ever received. They lose packages, lie, treat you like you're doing them a favor, not providing a service, and they never have any delivery drivers available. They're disrespectful and shameless. As a long-time customer, I can tell you that this company is useless. I'm going to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency for their abusive practices. The worst part is that no one takes responsibility, and there's no way to contact a manager.
Horrible. Packages take more than two weeks to appear after they arrive in Miami. Customer service never knows anything and can never help you. The people who work at the warehouse in Miami act like they're doing you a favor, but they can't do anything either. They only blame the USPS. But it's the same with all companies. FedEx, USPS, UPS. You have to understand that it's a service we're paying for, not a favor they're doing us. Be more professional.
Excellent service, very good attention
