Heads up! I bought a Beautyrest Platinum mattress and they delivered one that says Beautyrest Silver (two different lines), but it also had the Platinum receipt. I didn't realize it until I went back to the store two days later and compared the mattresses because I was worried that the "new" mattress didn't feel the same as the one I tried on display. As you can imagine, they gave me a million excuses, saying this has never happened before and that there's no difference between the Silver and Platinum lines. These mattresses aren't cheap at all, and I wasn't happy with my purchase. The only options they offered were "send another mattress, although they can't guarantee it will feel the same as the one I tried on display, or take the display one back." So, the best option was to take the display one, even though I paid for a new, not used, mattress, because the other option wasn't guaranteed, and they don't give refunds. So, be very careful when you buy here and check the merchandise they deliver. I learned my lesson this time.

My experience was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and assisted by Juan. He took his time to guide me and answer all my questions about the mattresses and other products I purchased. I was very satisfied and can say that they have excellent quality products and exceptional customer service.

Buena variedad de colchones pero los precios varían demasiado, tienen unas supuestas ofertas de hasta 50% cada cierto tiempo y siempre precios de hasta 110k y te ofrecen descuentos de hasta 30% eso no es sostenible para ninguna tienda o sus productos están sobre valorados al precio original. Tienen modelos de exhibición qué a veces tienes que esperar meses para que lleguen esos mismos o ese modelo modificado, nunca son constantes en sus modelos con suficiente stock. Lo ideal es esperar un mes de esos de sus supuestas ofertas e ir y eligir uno de su almacén y llevártelo ese mismo día
