Excellent place! They send me photos and videos of what my dog ​​is doing, like bathing and grooming him. They let him play with other dogs his size.

I left my pet at this dog hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to them. When I went to pick him up, I noticed he had lost weight, didn't seem to have received proper care, and his hygiene wasn't the best. Furthermore, the items I left there, such as his bowl and collar, were in poor condition and dirty. I can't say it was a positive experience. I recommend considering other options if you're looking for a place where your pets will be truly well cared for.
