Terrible service! I didn't like it at all. I bought some lights and wanted to return them because I couldn't use them, but they refused to give me a refund! I'm never going back!

They installed an electric fence for us. Months later, we had some problems with it. Although we had paid RD$130,000 for the fence, they charged us an additional RD$20,000 for the repair. The fence wires came loose again, and we called them again. We waited almost two weeks for them to show up because, according to the receptionist, "They were very busy." When they finally arrived, they wanted another RD$14,000 to repair what had previously cost us RD$20,000. Even though the technicians who came this time admitted that the repairs had been done poorly from the beginning, they refused to honor their so-called "guarantee" unless we paid them an additional RD$14,000. Terrible customer service, and they don't honor their supposed "guarantee." Before hiring them, I recommend you look for another option.
