We had a very tough problem for a really new laptop while travelling. Keyboard was not working. Screen was nearly dark and could not be turned brighter and touch functions of screen have not been working. While being traveling in Dominican Republic we took notice about this notebook repair shop because of the great reviews. We have not been disappointed. The team of this company managed to fix all problems without buying new hardware. They are able to fix to most complicate problems. It is great engineering and probably the best notebook or PC repair service in the Caribbean for a fair price.

Not exactly sure if i was in the correct establishment called Laptop Smart Services, but if it was then the advertising that they repair laptops, including Apple macbooks is not correct. Was told I should go to the Apple service in Agora Mall..Therefore cannot recommend that those with Apple laptops use this business..
