The customer service is terrible; the staff seems to think you're there to beg or plead for handouts. There are very few professionals, which diminishes any desire you might have to go. It feels like a group of bank employees are there to do absolutely nothing.

Lack of professional customer service. They tried to sell me a used item as new, charging me without even testing it. When they finally tested it, it didn't work, so they found another one that didn't even have its original seals. They tested it and handed it to me wrapped in a rubber band, and the machine wouldn't print my invoice. After going back and forth, they finally told me there was no warranty and that they would send the invoice via WhatsApp.
