When we got to the store it was riddled with boxes everywhere. You could barley walk with out tripping over a box. The service was ok, new girl in training who kept having to go back to ask questions. I was ok w that, but when I got to what seemed to be the owner. According to the girl he was going to explain how the light worked and when he quoted me the price 3000+ RD. I turned and said to my mother that I saw the same light fixture at Mundo Led for 795 RD. The man got mad and became very rude. We ended up leaving in a hurry. HORRIBLE and over priced. I feel bad for the unsuspecting customer that are getting ripped off by paying 64U$ when they could be paying 14U$ elsewhere.

Excellent professional customer service environment, but it has no parking and a logistical maze inside the store.

I completely agree with Carola Céspedes' opinion. The owner of that business is a rude and violent man, especially towards women. He thinks customers are going to ask him for favors. He's the worst possible image for any business. I prefer Mundo Led a thousand times over because they're friendly and have fair prices, and I hope more businesses like that open up so that Sololed owner gets his act together.

They have a wide selection of lights and accessories, as well as a team of installers who can help you out. Their prices are among the best in Santiago.
