Overall it was an ok experience, nothing more nothing less. I really appreciated Jose's help. I just felt that they were kinda slow. They promised a laptop sleeve and a mouse on their instagram page, when I went there they told me they were out of sleeves and would send it to me when they restock. They took my phone number and address and to this day, 4 months later I haven't heard from these people. That was uncalled for and quite a shameful thing for a business to do.
