I want to congratulate the hairdresser whose name I don't know, but she's in the last chair on the right, and I'm going to congratulate her. No, not for doing a good job!!! Quite the opposite, she fried all my hair in a single day. I've had to get my hair cut twice and it's still not healthy. I live in Spain and every time I come here I get my hair done by Estefanía the mute one. This time another girl, a chubby brunette who's in the last chair, did my hair. I repeat, if you get your hair done by her, you'll end up bald…
The hair dryers need fixing. At the Megacentro branch, they're all defective; they fall over on the customer, and they don't have a grille on the front. It's like a quick-service salon where they dry your hair super fast and poorly.
I went to the Luperon Plaza branch. First and last time I went. My hair was washed, they did some awful rollers, and when they dried it with the blow dryer, they burned all my hair, causing terrible hair loss.
I went to the Sambil branch and got a wash with "Line and ampoule," but the line they use is just La Fier shampoo in a different bottle (I realized this when I saw them wash another girl's hair and because of the smell). To top it all off, they never show you the supposed ampoule they're using; they come up with some tall tale about mixing it with the leave-in conditioner, which is a lie. If you're not going to use what you advertise, don't deceive people.
Very good salon, the girls do a good job drying hair and the prices are affordable.
