I was staying at nearby Bahia principe el Portillo, which I enjoy very much except for the terrible little gym they have. So I ventured out to SOW gym via taxi. There I met Sandy, who was very kind and speak English well. He showed me around and made sure I felt welcome. Great gym. Lots of weight, good quality machines and friendly staff. If you’re a serious lifter, I’d highly recommend you make the trip. A week long membership is very reasonable- prob lay less than you’ll spend on the taxi to get you there.

Best gym in LT. people working there are super kind, the owner is super nice. They want to expand. It’s cheap for a one day training. It’s opening early. Everything you need and well equipped.

Great place to work out while I'm here for 2 weeks. Very clean and a TON of equipment. Nicer and bigger than my gym in Las Vegas.

Great facility. Classes available and coaches walking around helping people.
