I made an online purchase and they sent me the wrong size, and they haven't even responded to the email they supposedly use for customer support. I feel scammed. I've attached proof of the invoice and the product I received.

I bought some soccer cleats for my son. It turned out the size I had bought was too small, and I had to exchange them for a larger size. When I returned to the store and explained the situation, they were very helpful in exchanging the cleats. Since they didn't have the size I needed, they still accepted the cleats and directed me to the Agora Mall branch to make the exchange. Even though the mistake was mys, they were very kind and understanding in processing the exchange.

The staff who served us were wonderful.
