I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Flor, the store manager, for providing me with one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I was looking for a Puma BMW Motorsport cap, and although the product wasn't immediately visible, Flor took my request very personally and didn't simply give the easy answer of "we don't have it." On the contrary, she did absolutely everything in her power to help me. She personally inspected the entire warehouse, meticulously confirmed its availability in the inventory of other branches, and exhausted every possible avenue until, against all odds, she managed to find the cap in the store. If you go to Sportline, I hope you're lucky enough to be served by Flor, because professionals like her completely raise the bar for what it means to provide excellent customer service.

Sportline sold me a pair of Puma shoes that were already cracked after only two months, without even being washed. After days of runaround, they told me there was nothing they could do about it (theft). I've attached photos as proof. They have no respect for people's time and money.
