As a Black American, this made me extremely uncomfortable, and I will never visit this store again. Being racially profiled less than 60 seconds into an establishment is crazy. Not once did any of the store associates ask if we needed anything. They just silently followed us VERY close behind. I would not recommend it. Especially if you have dreadlocks. I bought a pair of Nike sweatpants for RD$2,995 on October 28, 2018, intending them as a Christmas gift. I wore them once, and after washing them according to the manufacturer's instructions, they were wrinkled. I called the store, and Mr. Rudy Mora told me to bring them in for an exchange. I agreed, so I traveled from Bávaro on Saturday, January 12. When I explained my situation, Mr. Juan Carlos Baez appeared and said I couldn't claim anything because, although the manufacturer recommends not ironing the item, he believes it should be ironed and that it was past its expiration date.
