The staff are really kind, but the coffee tastes like dirt water.

I’m so glad they have this store here. Very nice people.

By far the worst Starbucks in the Carribean even though it’s brand new. The staff actively discriminates against Haitian tourists and American tourists (who look Haitian). I watched them call the mall cops on a Haitian tourist who had already paid for a coffee. Highly recommend a local coffee chain instead or another Starbucks in town.

One suggestion! Try to repeat the name of the customer at least twice because maybe, maybe I couldn't hear my name right away.

They are not fully integrated . Could not use my app. Im forced to try and get points for the amount of money I spent. I'd rather have my dominican wife's coffee. DONT OPEN OF YOU CANT ACCEPT STARBUCKS FULL MENU.
