What a great hotel and great service! katterinr and Johanna’s in the restaurant were EXTREMELY kind and helpful durning our stay as well as Paula in the lobby. The hotel is very nice, clean and secure and has all of the listed amenities. The food in the restaurant was great. The pool is refreshing and the rooftop is so nice in the evening. We will stay here again on our next vacation!

Stayed here twice. Great location and in walking distance to many things. Housecleaning could have been better. There were moldy pillows, hair all in the bed, and dirty towels upon arrival both times, which led to the receptionist having to give me another room. Food was ok depending on which chef was on duty(food in my pic cooked by the missing tooth chef). Needless to say, this particular chef with the missing tooth was very questionable. I noticed him outside smoking on shift, multiple times and never saw him wash his hands when he returned inside to prepare food. Hopefully they drug test or check their security cameras because this was very unprofessional and unpleasant to see. The young lady receptionist(I didn't get her name)was very friendly along with the waitress Katterine! Will not return due to lack of professionalism.

booked because the pictures of the rooftop pool looked great. Got there and the pool was under construction, which included day-long loud construction noise that started early in the morning and went until early evening. Was raining and wanted to relax in the room but the noise prevented that. Not much to like about this place.

Be aware that they have a serious problem with dogs barking day and night (there’s a dog hotel next door). It was hard to get good sleep because of the noise, so probably not the best place if you are trying to get some peaceful rest. The staff is friendly enough. Room was clean.
