I was extremely disappointed with my experience here, unfortunately because I decide to come here because of the good reviews. I arrived here at 10:30 am and left at 12:30 so two hours thank you. I wanted to buy a 15 pro max phone which they had and fix my screen to my iPhone iphone13 that i had broken. in two hours they did NOTHING they had 3 girls working here that dont know what they are doing. It took them. 1 hour and 30 minutes to tell me the cost for a screen repair. BEST PART THE IPHONE 15 PRO MAX I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING THANK YOU WITH A RECEIPT MADE, AND THEY HAD MY OLD PHONE CONNECTED TO TRANSFER INFORMATION. THEY STOPPED THE SALE BECAUSE THEY PHONE WAS SOLD TO A GUY WHO CAME INTO THE STORE AT 12:15 PM AND DIDNT EVEN PAY FOR THE PHONE YET BECAUSE HE KNOWS THE OWNER OR SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE. LEAVING TWO HOURS LATER WITH NOTHING DONE.

Excellent shopping experience! The young woman who helped me was incredibly patient and professional. She answered all my questions about the product. Her customer service is 10/10. Highly recommended!

Today I went to buy a phone and the experience was great :D They were very kind and patient, they answered all my questions and my nephew's too 😂 The place is quite comfortable and everything is decorated very nicely + it's the only store I found where the prices are close to the original ones 💙
