Great place to buy electronic solutions.

The worst experience ever. I went to buy a UPS for my router, and they sold me a power bank instead. They said it couldn't be returned because the invoice wasn't in the system, even though I showed them the payment voucher. They made me buy another device to get rid of the problem, and in the end, it didn't even last a month. The quality of their products is questionable, and their customer service is terrible. They try to be friendly just to make a sale, not to solve customer problems.

Poor customer service. The home delivery service was what disappointed me. They simply wasted my time; they didn't deliver anything. The person who assisted me was Jessica. I don't mean to cause trouble, but if I want to buy something and I have the money, they shouldn't leave me without a response. It was a bad experience, especially since I was really looking forward to trying the Steren headphones.

Please update the service hours according to Google. It says you open at 8am. However, you open at 9am.
