Excellent experience. The doctor was kind, professional, and spoke clear English. I felt comfortable and understood from the start. The esthetician, Lauris, was extremely thorough with extractions and genuinely sweet. I have sensitive skin and experienced no irritation, stinging, or burning from any product used. Everything felt gentle and intentional. The doctor also created a clear three month treatment plan tailored to my skin. I left feeling confident and well cared for. ❤️
