STI CrossFit is always wonderful. We have been going since 2017 and it never disappoints. Love the coaches and the athletes are very welcoming. Mateo, Nobel and Junior are the best.

STI CrossFit is one of a kind. Amazing place to start your CrossFit journey due to its Cero baraje, cero ego attitude. I would recommend anybody that would like to change his/her life to come to this place and give it a try. Amazing sense of community, guided exercises, amazing coaches, and a class for anyone that is starting or is already advanced. They offer classes for teens, adults, older adults, and even golf ⛳ enhancing exercises. There is some much I can say about this place, that I won't be able to end this review today. Go try the gym, for a month, then let me know.
