ATTENTION PUBLIC! AND TO THE OWNERS OF STORE IT, MARTIN and his brother, I used the space for about a year and a half. My unit was A14, and on November 30th, I moved out. When I did, I saw that most of my things were wet or damp. The photos show proof: the floor was wet, the dresser was wet and had water damage, and a nightstand was damaged. Many months before, I had informed the owner, Martin, and his secretary about the musty smell. They told me they would investigate, but nothing was ever done. I've been trying to get Martin, the owner, to pay for the damages for a month now, and they refuse to take responsibility! Martin offered me a paltry 15,000 pesos for my dresser and nightstand, even though the dresser alone was brand new and I bought it for 25,000 pesos. They are completely irresponsible!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
