We went to Strike on Monday afternoon for some Labor Day fun, but first impressions weren't great. I walked up to the desk and greeted the ladies, thinking they’d help me right away—nope! I stood there for a good minute while they kept chatting with each other, not even acknowledging me. I didn’t let it ruin my mood though, and eventually, I told them we were here to bowl. The one nearest to me asked if I had socks, so I showed her. She pointed to the cashier using her mouth... which was weird, but okay. I asked if they took card, they nodded, and the cashier took mine. Then I stood there for what felt like forever without getting my card back. When I asked, the lady finally told me there was an issue with the system. While they tried to fix it (which took another 5 minutes), one of their friends showed up, and they just started laughing and chatting with her. Finally, she gave me my card back and pointed us to the shoes. The whole thing cost about 2000 pesos. Once we got set up, things improved. The girl who helped us at the lanes was nicer and actually answered our questions. We didn’t order any food since it seemed to be from the Santo Mercado menu, but once we started bowling, we had a blast. The place is new, has a cool vibe, and the playlist was awesome! We were dancing and bowling, and there was only one other family there. But honestly, the customer service was terrible. It felt like no one cared that we were there. When our hour was up, we quickly changed shoes and got out of there. Will I go back? Even though we had fun bowling, the people working there were a mess. Probably not!

I enjoyed bowling here with my friends, the lighting was awesome and cinematic. I enjoyed the music and sound some I don't understand, but the ambience was perfect to dance and have a good evening with my friends.

Every year when I visit the Sambil mall with my family, I find a new variety of entertainment and this time it was an incredible bowling space, do you know why? because in this space they thought of all ages, even the children were able to play, it is incredible, we loved it!

The best experience i could ever had in my life during my birthday!!! Excelent service, Great staff (they were kind and funny) and they even have modern tech, great food and entrance, accessible and full of fun and joy! Definitely coming back!!!
