Went to get lash extensions filled, took 2 hours, they looked really good but a bunch fell out the next day which was disappointing.

They do a good job with brow shaping, and the studio is very pretty, but I really wish the customer service were better. It’s impossible to book an appointment more than 12 hrs in advance online, and very minimal/curt replies to messaging. This would’ve been my second visit, but was unsuccessful in actually getting a representative to respond. For reference: their pricing is no different than the most expensive places in NYC, which is a bit absurd. They offer discounts that coincidentally never apply to the current purchase and have very specific terms… If you have no set schedule, many hours to spend, and no budget, visit this place. Otherwise, there are many other beauty options in Santo Domingo.

Excellent service! The staff is very professional! I had my eyebrows threaded, tinted, and treated with Hydralips, and I was very satisfied and delighted with the results! A cozy and spotless place! I'm almost ready to book my appointment for eyelash extensions!
