I'm leaving with a very positive impression of this place. It feels welcoming, well-maintained, and above all, full of good energy. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always smiling. There was always water (something that's much appreciated), the neighbors are respectful, and the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant.

The place leaves much to be desired. They don't offer basic amenities like ironing, and the water quality is poor. Furthermore, there are serious problems with the electricity, as the owner seems to be manipulating the meter readings (stealing). Parking is unavailable unless you pay extra. Adding to this, items are frequently lost from the rooms, which also have a persistent musty smell. Security is a concern, as one room key can open all the others. They also don't allow air conditioning, which further worsens the experience. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place; you can find a much better option for that money.
