I took the vehicle in to have several things done, one of them being a vibration issue the car has. In the end, they changed the differential, the carburetor, among other things, and the problem persisted. They charge exorbitant prices and know as much about Subarus as I know about nuclear chemistry.
Good service, guaranteed repairs, and car wash. Excellent.
I'm going to leave my review of this business so you're aware if anyone is considering doing any kind of work on their vehicle. The service at the shop is very good, and they create a fairly trustworthy environment for leaving your vehicle and having the work done. However, when they come to give you the invoice, there's no way to explain the price they're charging. They literally charge the same as buying original parts directly from Subaru. This is without considering that they're selling used and damaged parts. I paid 90,000 pesos for a wash that was supposed to remove rust from the vehicle and a steering rack. I contacted the owner or the person who helped me via WhatsApp to explain that the vehicle was still in the same condition after I left. They kept telling me it wasn't that, that it was something else, and since I live far from Santiago, I decided to do what they suggested and replace the parts. In the end, I replaced all the parts they told me to until their warranty expired. Then the mechanic just pretended the warranty had run out and never took responsibility. The most frustrating thing is that he always knew what he was doing because I later realized that several other people had been in the same situation. It's unfortunate that sometimes you want a trustworthy mechanic and you run into such crooks. But I'm still going to take my case to court against this mechanic. Somehow, a judge has to see that he simply avoided me until the warranty expired. Beware of these kinds of scams that are so common in our country.
Excellent service. They have a lot of experience and go straight to the problem. It's a workshop specializing in Subaru vehicles. They have a car wash right there, which I haven't tried, but watching them wash cars, I could tell they're very good. Don't go with little cash; bring your credit card—they accept card payments. Prices are a bit high, but satisfaction is guaranteed.
Highly recommended for Subaru owners, as they have all the parts and know the brand very well. I've been a customer for many years. They also offer a variety of used Subarus in good condition and with a warranty. One suggestion after my last appointment: Regarding the work, it would be good to have more transparency about costs and the time required to avoid surprises later, especially with the cost of car washes, etc. For general parts like tires, I recommend going to a shop specializing in tires and wheel alignments. Overall, a Subaru dealership with a professional atmosphere.
