I dont mention about food , everyone has own likely food. What I dislike is a joke on prices and excuses when something wrong happen. Showing a price on the screen then apply an higher price at cashier , if dont check never know something wrong happen. But excuse is .... screen need to update prices , for me is strange Everyone is free , important is be informed

Just made a stop to grab a quick bite and… There’s no Combo option because the soda fountain machine is down. There’s no other cheese other than American (out of the other). Had a chicken Teriyaki, with bacon instead of the American cheese. Footlong, no spinach option available… One choc chip cookie and a flavored water $$810.00 on my CC bill… What would had been a footlong plus a $110 combo option. No wonder these US franchises keep sinking in the DR. Been months with broken down Soda machine already… The lady at the counter offered the bacon instead of the cheese, got charged for the suggestion of replacement. My misunderstanding as she put it? Maybe, but wasn’t expecting the charge for a replacement item… And no Spinach offered at all? Wow! This is the DR for crying out loud! Even rocks grow here with ease!

The food in itself is ok. There is no restroom. The quality service needs to be improved. The girl preparing the meal (in day time) was not patient with the guy that was on the line before me. In my opinion she was thinking like I got other things to do so hurry up.

Very good place to grab a quick bite. I've always loved the variety of the Subway sandwiches and for a fast food chain in the middle of the city the ambiance is quite chill. And the staff is very nice too.

Girls that work there are great and they have excellent customer service skills. The guy that works there though needs to seriously be better at treating their customers.
