Be very careful with their quotes, they quote you and do not put the brands on purpose for the RAM and hard drive on their quote. They use cheap Chinese brands of 45 dollars and charge you 355 dollars. They are not honest people, they are very dishonest.

It did have some problems, but the warranty covered it, and they fixed it well. Everyone was always very helpful and explained things clearly. This was very important for me since I don't know much about laptops. I highly recommend them.
