If I could give them zero, I'd give them terrible customer service. Two young people work there who have no idea about the products they offer when asked for details. I went looking for an orthopedic knee brace (besides the fact that they only had one size available, "small"; when asked when other sizes would arrive, they said they had no idea and reluctantly showed us the one they had). I left with my purse and clothes covered in paint (Who in their right mind would be painting the facade, literally the entrance, during business hours? When I complained, the painters told me it was water-based paint. A horrible experience).
