Great customer service and friendly staff lots of paints and hardware I cone here a few times for different things never an issue. My only complaint is the payment process you tell them what you want then you pay for it then you pick it up then you leave the store showing proof of payment. Complicated and unnecessary process. They would probably save a lot of money if they ditched it and got rid of the 3 copy receipts they have.

The hardware store on Charles de Gaulle has terrible service; it's awful. I paid for the materials at 8 AM, and by 3 PM they still hadn't delivered them to the third corner. I spent the whole day there, and the workers were waiting at my house. I had to come back at 3 PM and wait for them to finally send the truck. A place where you spend your money and experience such stress makes it hard to go back. The salesman, named Habraam, was furious and raised his voice when I complained about the all-day delay in delivering the materials. I wouldn't recommend this hardware store to anyone; it's the worst in the area in terms of service and responsibility.

It has a large warehouse of building materials, but I'm not sure if it's the best price.
