This place is perfect to buy alcohol the only thing would be the language. If you don't speak Spanish I'd recommend going to one of the malls of the city but if you hablas español there isn't a better store in the city. No parking.

They have everything in La Romana, literally I looked for a drink everywhere else and I couldn't find it, but here ai got it. And prices are good.
