So far the best sushi in Santiago...but don't plan to return because it's THE worst service ever. And not just once. Every time. Today we went for a special occasion -- birthday. Told waitress to leave menu because we would be ordering more after first two rolls. No ice, no glasses. Never came back to check on us, or to take another order. We waved three times and she acknowledged us but never came. When she finally showed up she was on her cell phone at our table. Never asked how things were, did we need more, just left bill and walked away still on her cell phone. We complained to owner/manager and no attempt made to apologize. We paid her instead of the waitress and when she returned she never said thank you, sorry...nothing. Horrible service. Birthday dinner plans ruined. Too bad. Sushi is good but skimps on wasabi and ginger.

I used to go to the shop and eat there. Lately I have been ordering through the apps. Went there last Wednesday (June 1st)… oh god… i was surprised to see them making sushi with their barehands, no gloves or anything. There were also grabbing the crab paste and everything with their hands not even a spoon to pick food up! I wont order from this place anymore, i wont order sushi from any place before going there and seeing how the make it

Loved the area. Friendly.. courteous staff. But the sushi was not up to my standards. The fish wasn't moist. And the rolls were not tight. There were no options for eel (my favorite) either.

It is only "ok", waited a long time for my rolls, the chicken spring rolls which were very good, came out before the rolls, but I didn't ask for them as am appetizer (no big deal) and I accepted to have my beer instantly because I figured I would not be waiting 20 minutes or so for sushi. All of the fish I beleive is frozen and cryo-vac , not fresh sushi-grade fish. So the other cooked dominican varieties of "sushi" they offer may be a better choice here. I will try another place next time I'm in town.

My family really enjoys the Sushi in this place. The staff is very kind.
