They are fast. The pound is cheap

Hello, I placed an order on January 30th. On February 12th, I received an email stating that my order had been delivered to the address I provided, which is your address in Florida. I am registered on your platform and opened a courier account with you, but to this day I haven't received any response regarding the status of my order.
