I have had excellent experiences at this mechanic shop.

The most complete car wash in Santa Bárbara de Samaná for spare parts, batteries, and lubricants. I don't use the car wash.

Terrible customer service. I asked if they had some products and no one helped me. The owner needs to change their staff because they're not even trained to take care of their own homes.

It's a complete disaster when it comes to washing your car. The service is terrible, and there's nowhere to hang out while your vehicle is being washed; you have to wander around until they return your poorly washed car.
