Horrible APP of any nonsense blocks your account! I tried to log into my account to place an order today Saturday, March 1, 2025, and it won't let me! What a waste of time, they should have a team to fix this even if it takes 24 to 48 hours, but they always have an excuse they are not trained for that, incredible! First time this has happened to me on an app 🙄🚫 It doesn't just happen to me, it happens to others!

The beers are reasonably priced, but it's absurd that they won't sell to you in person because you're forced to buy them through the app. It's a place you should never go to; it's only virtual.

What happened to the app? It's no longer working in the Dominican Republic.

The offers are only available through the app and not in the store. On one occasion (April 1, 2023), I received a product with quality issues and filed a complaint via WhatsApp chat (it was impossible to get through by phone). Each time they contacted me, they said they would come by, but they never did (during those days of waiting, they wasted an entire morning "because they had a high volume of orders"). In the end, it all amounted to written apologies and no resolution of the problem. They need to improve their customer service.

Last night I placed an order, and I paid by card. After swiping it, the guy told me there was an error and I should swipe it again. The payment was duplicated, and these people aren't responding in any way. They're THIEVES.
