AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Tahylon Travel they didn’t pick me up and to respond to whatsapp, number, do not bother booking with them !!! I booked a transfer tours from Santo Domingo (Republica Dominicana to Punta Cana) at 10:00 AM from the airport. Imagine having a long flight, being tired and waiting for someone to pick you up and nobody pick you up and answer??? They never answered to my whatsapp, texts and after waiting for one hour from hearing from Tahylon Travel, I decided to take an alternative transport (Uber + Bus) to go to Punta Cana. Cheaper and faster. waiting to be refund. Will never book with them or Bookaway ever again!!

I don't think the company exists anymore. Noone picked me up and company phone numbers were unresponsive. I had to take an expensive airport taxi in Dominican Republic from the airport to Bayahibe, after being robbed in Medellin- more stress and more expenses. Aditionally, if you read it I also strongly discourage you from using Bookaway. It's their fault they don't verify what they sell and I had troubles getting a refund. They kept sending me kind emails that they're working on the matter every now and then for nearly a month and it didn't seem like the refund was gonna happen if not me texting their Instagram today. A woman admitted that the company was unresponsive to their messages as well! The folks also knew about my situation: travelling solo, being left without phone number and having to ask politurs and other drivers to help me. Scandalous.

Had a great experience with this company during my stay in Boca Chica. They picked us up from the airport on time (even though our flight was delayed). Then, my rep gave me numerous options for excursions and we opted for the Saona Island tour. The excursion was amazing and so much fun!! I'd definitely do it again. Everyone was very professional yet super friendly and welcoming! Kudos to Katherine!

Hello, very bad service, the driver Manuel Diaz did not show up and does not answer the phone. Jetblue first of recommending any service, it would be good to investigate the providers Very Bad Service no recommendable
