As a general mechanic shop, specializing in brakes, it's the best and most professional I've seen in Santiago, Dominican Republic. I visited all the so-called "good" shops in this city with an annoying noise coming from my brakes (especially when leaving in the morning), and none of them could fix it (you know who I mean). After making me spend around $40,000 or $50,000 pesos on new brake rotors and shoes, Querido fixed it for less than $4,000 pesos, just by buying special Wagner brake shoes (which no one recommended) and properly lubricating the calipers. Go there, and you won't regret it. There's quality, professionalism, a guarantee, and above all, kindness and courtesy. Look for Luis, their star mechanic, or the one who sometimes fills in for him, because Querido supervises everything!
Excellent service and very friendly staff
Terrible customer service. My car waited two days for service, and it turns out he hadn't even touched it because he didn't have time to do a general check-up and tell me what was wrong with it. Then he told me to come in person so I could explain what I wanted, and when I went, he left me waiting for about an hour. After that, another customer arrived, and with all the kindness in the world, he went to connect the computer for tracking. Then I went to complain about my rights as a customer, and this man couldn't even look me in the eye and give me an answer. Using his phone and looking away, he said, "You'd better take your car; it's been giving me a lot of trouble from the start."
They repaired the engine of my Santa Fe, and it blew two months later and they refused to fix it... They wouldn't even show their face. The worst mechanic shop in the world.
Excellent mechanical and vehicle maintenance services. The owner is very conscientious and helps customers get a good repair without spending more than necessary.
