God spoke three days ago, and the scheduled seven business days were completed, but it was delivered in three! Excellent teamwork from everyone in the office, Miss Hilandra, and of course, the advisor from La Colonial insurance company, who ensured that the necessary parts were ordered and properly installed, completing the entire process until my vehicle was delivered. It looks gleaming, with a great wax and finish. I'm still waiting for one part to be installed, but I know they'll call as soon as it arrives to install it on my vehicle! I highly recommend this workshop as certified and approved by La Colonial Insurance. It's a single effort and an excellent team of highly professional dent removers, painters, and mechanics! One of the best workshops of its kind I've ever visited, very focused on customer service, which is quite rare in this industry. José Luis, the technician who helped me, always sent me videos of the repair progress, for which I'm very grateful.

Terrible experience. Slow and shoddy work. The paint came out a different color. They broke two trim pieces while polishing the paint and replaced them almost two months later. If I hadn't noticed, they wouldn't have said anything. The vehicle still has two different paint tones, and I'm still waiting for them to fix it, five months later. They've told me twice to bring the vehicle to the shop to resolve the issue, and they always have an excuse. They also did some mechanical work that didn't fix the problem they were supposed to. I had to take it home, but I'd already spent $18,000 and they hadn't fixed anything. They did a bad job on my dad's car too. The parts were misaligned, and the service was terrible. They tell you to bring the vehicle in on a certain date and then start working on it three or four days later... and you're left stranded. A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Look for another option.
