Never buy a home with these builders. It will be the worst investment you will ever make. The toilets dont flush, the HOA fee of 200$ pays for nothing, they wont clean your pool, spray your grounds even after you request it 3x a week that you have roaches and ants, we came to visit our investment home for a month and the new security guard literally is a 20 year old drug addict that watches his phone instead of screening people to make sure they are qualified to enter the community. He literally allows any and everything through the gate with 0 care for your family security. After countless emails to the developers and community leaders we have now given up on our attempt to get anything productive done as they dont answer anything. 1 star is too much to give these developers recognition for. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.
