They charged 1200 pesos for a moderately sized bag of washing. They only offered the 2 hour service rather than a variety of options. We felt taken advantage of as tourists

The service was excellent! We paid 600 pesos for washing and drying. After 2 hours, we could pick up our laundry neatly folded! It’s rare to find such great service. Thank you!

I paid 2,700 pesos for washing and drying 4 bags of laundry, but had a very disappointing experience. The first time, I left my bottles of soap with them, and my clothes came back smelling awful, as if they hadn't been washed properly. To make things worse, my soap bottles was empty, and some items were missing from my bags. The second time, I made sure to carefully monitor what I gave them and even applied my soap directly to the clothes to avoid theft. Despite this, I still didn’t get one of my bags back, and I'm now missing sheets, hand towels, and a personal dress. Although the clothes smelled a bit better, the overall service was unprofessional, and I feel like I was ripped off. I won't be returning.

Horrible service and communication. Brought our laundry here, got promised that it would be ready in two hours. Asked for receipt or contactdetails but did not get them. Two hours later I got there, store was closed but I could see our wet laundry in a bin. Checked a few hours later, still no-one there. Phone number did not work, no info, no opening times or contact details on windows of store. Day after waited for three hours for the owner to show up. Turned out there was some power issue and after insisting we got our (stinking and wet) clothes back. He resisted to refund the full amount we paid. Opening times on google maps are not correct, stay away from this place.

The washers and dryers are in English which was really nice. The guy working was super nice and helpful even though I didn't speak any Spanish 🙂. The dryer was powerful enough to dry all my clothes, jeans too, which surprised me since 1 token only got me 25mins! Great place!!
