If you need a quick wash and blow-dry, this is definitely a place where you can get in and out fast. The woman who washed my hair did a great job, and the blow-dry came out very nice as well. However, the overall vibe of the place didn’t feel very warm or inviting, and there was a lot of pressure to add extra services like masks and haircuts, which felt more like upselling than genuine recommendations. It feels a bit like a beauty factory — efficient, but not the most relaxing experience. Good for a quick service, but not if you’re looking for a comfortable or pampering atmosphere. Pricey as well.

I'd give 7 stats but there isn't this option. They honored my scheduled time, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very happy with everything. They were gentle with my hair n delivered exchanger results. No English there, for those that only do one language. I have a to go place here in DR from now on. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable staff and the best assortment of beauty products at great prices

Very disappointed. I made an appointment today online at 6pm for wash and dry. In the web it only let me add one service and I was trying to do three services. I walked into the salon at 6:02pm and the receptionist didn’t accept all three of us. She said only the one that made the appointment can do be seen. La comparona is a very nice and welcoming person, and I was surprised by the receptionist actitud. There is not education at all. It isn’t about no taking us for the service, it’s about the manner she said the straight no. She didn’t even try to help. I was excited about the beauty lab, and we drove more than an 1hr to be there on time. However, It was my first time going there, and I’m no coming back. Thank you.

The worst went in there to color my roots, black they offered me some line to hydrate my hair why they charged me $235 dollars and I came out looking like I didn’t go to the salon , my hair is puffy in even I told the lady please fix my bob why she cut my right side super short and than said is the same as the other this’s some money hungry situation, $235 dolares por un tinte y una linea que me ofrecieron Queen usara pero nunca me dijo que iba hacer $235 pero lo mas malo es que entre mejor de lo que sali de ese salon primera y ultimate wow super disappointed 😔
