Very good stay, air-conditioning, 5 minute walk to beach ,restaurants ,bars,clubs,food I'm leaving tomorrow stayed 19 days will be back soon. 24 hour armed security, and also staff on-site 24 hrs Gated as well and very secure The owner is very nice and professional made sure my stay was going well everyday Very safe police very close by,even in the late night hours. It's very peaceful and quiet and also has a pool He has person to come and clean the room they even wash the dishes. And hotwater and that's a plus,will stay again. O i forgot wifi wifi wifi

I stayed at this location for several weeks, and accepted a few of the inconveniences there. When I arrived, I noticed the walls have dust to the point I’d sneeze and constantly at night. The floor was also not the cleanest and the pots were pretty used and not well maintained. There are neighbors who party most nights and you can hear it in the apartment. The security was good and the workers were great (including the maid). We stayed there for a long period of time and kept the place clean and even cleaned before departing. I could tell the “owners” looked at us differently because of the colour of our skin and we didn’t appear rich. We still made the best of it though. The beach isn’t as “clear” but the view from the top of the building is great. I really was planning to recommend people there and also left a decent review at the beginning. But once I left, the owner contacted me complaining about his pots and pans that were ALREADY well used. We washed all the dishes and cleaned the home the best we could and the owner to come back and say there was an issue with the pots that WERE visibly used at my arrival was not good service. If the pots and pans meant that much, the owner should pay attention and review each time someone comes in and leaves as it already has wear and tear. I would not recommend this place. Very rude and inappropriate.

Unfortunatelly, I can not rate this accomodation, because our stay did not pass. When we came to accomdation, we found out we have another hotel. The hotel operator simply accomodated us in another place without our knowledge. We got another hotel for the same price , but hotel was in totally different level. I can not reccomed it to anybody. This is very unprofessional behavior.
